Isleworth Leisure Centre & Library

The Isleworth Leisure Centre & Library in West London is an outstanding example of the way in which local authorities are now able to improve the facilities they offer to a public whose expectations have been raised by their experience of private health clubs.

Under the direction of the London Borough of Hounslow, The Clarkson Alliance supported Fusion Lifestyle to deliver the Isleworth ‘Leisure Hub’.

The hub offers sports facilities, swimming pool, library, and childcare all under one roof. A new cafe and renovated swimming pool offer views over Redlees Park, which has been specially re-landscaped. Library users have access to a new Internet area and families benefit from a new crèche next to the children’s library. Sports facilities include a new 65-station state-of-the-art gym, two exercise studios, and re-surfaced outdoor multi-use pitches.
