Clements Hall

The Clarkson Alliance managed a £3.8 million programme of improvements to Clements Hall leisure centre owned by Rochford District Council in Essex.

The redevelopments were designed to elevate the sports and spa facilities to a competitive standard with that of private health clubs. The works were all completed while the centre remained open for business and include the addition of new beauty treatment facilities; poolside sauna; steam room and spa; a new gym; reception area and café/bar; new changing facilities; dance and spin studios.

The Clarkson Alliance worked at every stage from budgeting through to completion, engaging contractors under the NEC suite of contracts to guarantee the quality of the project and deliver the desired outcomes.
