History
The Clarkson Alliance was established in 2003 to provide clients with the highest quality of project management. We do this by focusing on business benefits, looking for ways to maximise the opportunities that projects present and ensuring that they deliver returns on investment as planned.
We specialise in three sectors: heritage, health and leisure and education, recognising that each has its own requirements and that every project is unique. Ian King, Director of Estates and Facilities Management at Oxford Brookes University says of us: ‘They have that rare knack at being able to look after the small details whilst also being able to see the big picture. It reassures people.’
Many of the team, including founder Graham Clarkson, have constructor backgrounds, which gives us an insider’s view of projects. But we also make a point of listening. Jeremy Bourne, Head of Community Services at Rochford District Council says: ‘They are all very amenable, easy to work with and good at communicating, and this gave me confidence.’
